Yoga

Yoga is all about taking care of yourself, your body and your mind. Tuning into what you really need in each moment.​​

 

I currently offer three regular group classes, in addition to restorative yoga classes, workshops and festivals.​

 

You can purchase individual classes and class packs. Details and booking info are below but feel free to email me if you have any questions.​

Gentle yoga

Thursdays 11am-12pm

The Little Escape

Crystal Palace

An inclusive and gentle yoga class, with options and an invitation to move in a way that works for your body. An emphasis on grounding, breathwork and energy flow. This class is an opportunity to tune into yourself with compassion in an affirming space, while incrementally building strength and flexibility.

Combining yoga with nature. Embrace the seasons and meet like-minded folks, as we take a mindful walk through the park.

Stopping to stretch, breathe and take in the sights and sounds of park life, this class embraces yoga, qigong, nature and community.

No experience needed. All ages and bodies welcome.

 

Restorative Yoga

Restorative yoga is a deeply healing form of yoga, using blankets, bolsters and a variety of props to create a position where the body and then the mind can relax. Poses are held for longer periods of time to allow the nervous system to settle, relieving stress and anxiety, and promoting conditions where the body can replenish and rejuvenate. 

I offer group restorative classes monthly in the Autumn and Winter, with occasional classes during the rest of the year.

Online yoga

Saturdays, 9 - 9.45am on Zoom

The class combines gentle yoga with breathing, mindfulness and relaxation (but expect to get stronger too!)​
